If things weren’t crazy enough before in the Persona 4: Dancing All Night trailers we’ve seen before, they certainly are now in this new trailer. The trailer starts out rather creepy as we’re once again introduced to the disappearances surrounding the Midnight Channel (we also get to see Kanami in her non-idol outfit here). Soon afterwards though, the mood becomes more upbeat when the members of Yu’s Investigation Team make their appearance, along with Kanami and Nanako. While we’ve seen all the characters before, what hasn’t been shown in previous trailers is Yu summoning his Persona. Not only that, but it appears the Persona’s themselves will be playing instruments in the game. Yes, that’s indeed Izanagi you see playing guitar there.
To top things off, Persona 4’s “TV Tanaka” makes an appearance at the end of the trailer with a sales pitch for the game’s regular and “Crazy” value Pack, which includes the game, the 2CD soundtrack, school uniform DLC from Persona 3, Persona 4 epilogue costumes DLC and the DLC track “Ever more” (Persona 4 Golden’s ending theme), a Persona 5 preview Blu-ray (exact contents unknown) and lastly a special boxart. Lastly, the Premium Crazy Box adds a Persona 4 themed PS Vita on top of the Crazy Value Pack. You can watch the new trailer below, followed by a preview of a work-in-progress of the boxart for the Crazy Value Pack.
UPDATE: Youtube user bobrossfreak posted an English subtitled version of the trailer, which you can below the official one.
Persona 4: Dancing All Night is scheduled to be released on June 26 on the PS Vita in Japan. The game will be localized for the US, but the release date has yet to be confirmed. A EU release hasn’t been announced yet.
