Famitsu recently announced some interesting new content for Persona 4: Dancing All Night. While all of the Investigation Team will be present in this game (as one might expect) alongside Kanami Mashita and Nanako Dojima, the Velvet Room’s Margaret and Teddie’s human form will also be playable in this game. Remember however that each character will only be available on certain songs in the story mode; these characters will also have limited availability. Margaret is available to play as during Free Dance, and is an unlockable character under conditions that are unspecified as of yet. Human Teddie is a choice for any of Teddie’s dance numbers, functionally the same thing as being an “alternate costume.”
This week’s Famitsu also revealed a couple of DLC options, including costumes and songs. Some of the media is paid and others are free. Here are the currently known pieces of DLC:
Teddie’s President Costume (from Persona 4 Arena) – free
Culture Festival & Wakame Set – paid, features cross-dressing costumes for Yu and Kanji, alongside the “Birth of Venus” seaweed costume for Kanji.
“Shadow World” song – free
“Persona 4: The Animation / Persona 4 Golden: The Animation” Set – paid, featuring “Sky’s the limit,” “Beauty of Destiny,” “Key Plus Words,” “The Love Detective,” “Next Chance to Move On,” and “Dazzling Smile.”
Also, online leaderboards have been confirmed for this game. Always fun to have, especially for those who are competitive.
Expect more information, including images and pricing, as the release approaches!
