After revealing the game’s opening video a few days ago, Compile Hearts has now posted the first actual trailer of Hyperdimension War Neptunia VS SEGA Hard Girls: Dream Fusion Special, giving us a good look at what we can expect from the game. Aside from introducing the main cast of characters, it also shows dialogue scenes and battle gameplay. You can view the video here:
The new “Fever Time” mode is also shown in action in the trailer. By jumping on a Rainbow Gem that appears during combat, you’ll activate “Fever Time” which powers up your characters and also allows them to use the EXE Drive to launch stronger attacks. We also get to see some of the world map, in-game menu’s and exploration gameplay.
Each of the main characters featured in the trailer is also shown performing one of their special attacks (excluding Historia).
Also included in the trailer was an overview of the extra content that’ll accompany the Limited Edition of the game. These contain a character booklet and stickers, a drama CD and a soundtrack CD.
Hyperdimension War Neptunia VS SEGA Hard Girls will be released exclusively for the PS Vita on November 26 in Japan. At the moment there’s been no word on an English localization for the game, but if the past Neptunia games are any indication, there should be a good chance that this game will eventually be localized.
