Today, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X was released in Japan for the PlayStation Vita. At the same time, SEGA have revealed the first 1080P screenshots for the PS4 version of the game, giving us a good look at the technical upgrade! As expected, the game will also run at 60fps. Aside from an increase in resolution, the PS4 version will feature improved textures and lighting. The screenshot for Tsumi no Namai below shows the increased texture resolution in the background, as well as a lot more detail on the flying lilies. It’s a nice visual upgrade, and it’ll be interesting to see how well it compares to the upcoming PS4 version of Project DIVA Arcade (which is also running in 1080P/60fps).
SEGA have also revealed the main visual (also boxart) for the PS4 version of the game, which was once again designed by KEI. We included all of the images below, so why not take a look and let us know what you think!
