The next Tokyo Game Show will be taking place from September 15 to 18, and in preparation of the event SEGA have launched a new website detailing their lineup of games. At the moment, the websites lists Yakuza 6, Valkyria; Azure Revolution, Puyo Puyo Chronicle and Persona 5, all of which will be playable at the event.
I’ve taken a look at the HTML source for the website, and while most companies have learned not to include hidden information there, I did notice that the images of the four games each start with a number. More specifically, they have the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 8. Perhaps the missing numbers are games that are yet be added to the list in the near future. In fact, as noted by Gematsu, the official exhibitor lineup list from TGS 2016 shows that SEGA will have Phantasy Star Online 2 and Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice at the event as well. Sony had already announced Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live as well, but perhaps that game will be at the Sony VR booth only.
SEGA’s mobile lineup; also not listed on their website, consists of Ange-Vierge Girls Battle, Hero Warz, Puyo Puyo Quest, Monster Gear Burst, Sega Net Mahjong MJ, Yakyuu Tsuku and Yumeiro Cast. The order of these SEGA games in the exhibitor list more or less matches the numbers I mentioned earlier, so it could very well be these games that will be added to the website. That said, we can always hope for a surprise announcement!
