Sega of Japan posted a new trailer for the upcoming Nintendo 3DS compilation Sega 3D Reprint Archives: Final Stage, the third collection of classic Sega games remastered with 3D effects. The trailer is a highlight reel of the nine games included in the package as well as the opening to the collection itself. The collection includes the following games:
- Sonic the Hedgehog 2
- After Burner II
- Super Hang-On
- Streets of Rage 2
- Gunstar Heroes
- Turbo Outrun (NEW)
- Thunder Force III (NEW)
- Alien Syndrome (NEW)
- Columns (NEW)
Final Stage is scheduled to release on December 22nd in Japan. You can choose from the standard edition for 4,990 yen, or the bundled 1-2-3 Triple Pack (which contains all three 3D Reprint Archives collections) for 8,990 yen. SEGA have yet not announced a localization for the compilation, but with the success of the brand before, and Sonic 2 included, the collection probably has a good chance of being brought overseas. The previous Sega 3D Classics Collection was recently made available in Europe.

The western release should have been the 1+2+3 package… if they end releasing this one west (because Sanic) we will still have an incomplete collection missing the first one.
