During the “Let Us Start the Game” live stream, Atlus U.S.A. announced that the game will be delayed until April 4, 2017 for the Americas and Europe. On the plus side, they also announced that the game will be getting free dual audio. It’s a much requested feature from the fans given the strong Japanese voice cast, so it’s good to see that they managed to include it in the game. On their PlayStation blog update, Atlus PR manager explains that adding the Japanese audio was took a “herculean effort from just about every division of Atlus”.
They’ve also announced a free “Persona 5 Ryuji Sakamoto Special Theme & Avatar Set” which is now available on the US PlayStation Store, but it’s only free for 24 hours. The theme will be released on the EU PlayStation Store as well for 24 hours starting November 24. Also confirmed was that a playable Persona 5 demo will be present at the PlayStation Experience in Anaheim.
Finally, Atlus also gave us an updated look at the “Take Your Heart” premium edition of Persona 5. The soundtrack CD now features Justine and Caroline, the twin wardens of the Velvet Room. The artbook and SteelBook have been updated as well. You can see these updates in the screenshots below!
