The SEGA feat. Hatsune Miku Project has announced that 2 songs and 10 modules will be added to Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone on December 21. The songs are “Amatsu Kitsune” (“The Celestial Fox”) and 1925. It’s likely that this content will eventually make its way to the PlayStation 4 version of the game, which is already available in Japan and has recently been confirmed for a release in the West on January 10.
I attempted to translate the title for the five modules of the song 1925 to the best of my abilities. They’re interesting in that they refer to various things which are also know for their particular color, which in turn match the colors typically attributed to the Vocaloid in question. For example the name of Hatsune Miku’s 1952 module refers to a bird that’s also known as the “Japanese Nightingale”. However, at the same time it also refer to the greenish brown color of that bird (the green being a reference to Miku’s traditional color). KAITO’s module refers to “sky”, which in turns refers to his traditional blue color, and so on. The remaining modules are the previously announced Rosa Notte, Rosa Luno and Snow Miku 2017. You can view a trailer for the songs and all the new modules below, as well as three wallpapers for the songs.
