SEGA of America has announced that the release date of Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live is now October 13, which coincides with the launch of Sony’s PlayStation VR headset. Until now, the release date had been planned for October 14, one day after the launch of PS VR. We also received a few new details about the game, in particular the amount of songs in the game as well as the pricing.

Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live Trophy List Revealed by Exophase
Exophase has revealed the trophy list for SEGA’s upcoming PlayStation VR game, Hatsune Miku: VR Future Live. These appear to be for the game’s 1st stage only, not the 2nd and 3rd stage that will be released later on. You can find the complete list on Exophase’s website. We also included the list below. Keep in mind that these do reveal some of the content in the game (although there’s nothing that can really be deemed as spoilers in a game like this).
Persona 5 Has Shipped 550,000 Copies In Japan, Free DLC Announced
Atlus has announced that the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 versions of Persona 5 have shipped a combined total of 550,000 copies (retail + digital) in Japan. As you can imagine Atlus is pleased with these results, and as a thank you to the people who bought the game they will be releasing free DLC. One of them consists of swimsuit costumes for the game’s main cast (wearable in dungeons), while the other DLC consist of costumes, a BGM Special Set and Lambs’ Pillow accessory item, all based on the Atlus game Catherine. The swimsuit DLC will be available for free starting from October 5, while the Catherine DLC is free only for a limited time from October 5 through October 10 (after which it will cost 800 yen).

Sega-Sammy Revises Forecast, Expects Higher Profits for the First Half of the Fiscal Year
Sega-Sammy have released a revised forecast for the first half of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017 (from April 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016). While they expect lower net sales compared to their previous forecast, the contrary is true for their operating income. In particular, they expect to reach an operating income of 14,000 million yen (around $139 million), more than double the initial forecast of 6,500 million yen (around $64.5 million). Sega-Sammy attributes these results to several factors, which we discuss in more detail below.
Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls: New Opening Movie and Battle Screenshots
Idea Factory International has released the opening movie (in both an NA and EU version) and new battle screenshots for their upcoming PlayStation Vita RPG Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls. The game is scheduled to be released in North America on October 18 and Europe on October 21, and will be available as a digital and a physical release. SEGA have updated the Valkyria: Azure Revolution website with some new previews of the preorder bonuses available at various. While we usually do get preorder bonuses in the West for SEGA games, in Japan there are typically a lot more preorder items, all spread across different retailers.
