It’s been a busy week in terms of Project DIVA news, with the release of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X yesterday and the reveal of its first PS4 screenshots, a multitude of discount announcements for the Project DIVA games in both the US and EU, and new information regarding Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone on PS4. The latter now got a couple more screenshots, which you can view below.

A new English trailer is out for Atlus and Vanillaware’s Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir, showcasing the benefits of alchemy and cooking in the game. Both enhance the player’s ability to progress through the game, whether it be through creating items to attack enemies, eliminating certain land hazards, or eating to increase experience points. Today, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X was released in Japan for the PlayStation Vita. At the same time, SEGA have revealed the first 1080P screenshots for the PS4 version of the game, giving us a good look at the technical upgrade! As expected, the game will also run at 60fps. The Japanese PlayStation Store was recently updated with a special sale featuring large list of SEGA games being discounted. For the full list, click here. It’s a sale meant to celebrate the arrival of the Spring season and will last until April 13th. In one of our earlier articles we reported that various SEGA games are currently being discounted during Sony’s Easter Sales on the EU PlayStation Store. Now, the US PlayStation Store is getting a range of discounts of its own. Like in the EU sales, these include Yakuza 5 and the Project DIVA F games (although unlike in the EU, Project Diva f on the PS Vita isn’t being discounted).
While the SEGA 3D Classics Collection will be released on April 26th in North America, not every existing 3D Classic game will be included on the cartridge. You can, however, save money completing your collection as SEGA discounted the remaining titles on the Nintendo 3DS eShop. Unfortunately 3D Sonic 2 has been excluded in the sale, but I’m confident SEGA will include it in a future Sonic franchise sale.
