During their Spring 2017 live stream, Atlus has revealed the first trailer for their recently announced remake for the 3DS RPG Radiant Historia, titled Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology. The game is scheduled to be released on the Nintendo 3DS in Japan on June 29th. Alongside a standard release, it will also receive a limited “Perfect edition”. You can view the trailer below!
UPDATE: Atlus U.S.A. has posted an update, stating that they can confirm what they’ve always known, “that there’s nothing wrong or “dangerous” about our product” and that only a “tiny number of Amazon sales have been affected”. In other words, Amazon’s claims that the pre-order was cancelled due to “dangerous goods” contained in the product appears to be false. After a long silence, the Shenmue 3 team has posted a new update on their Kickstarter page, titled “Dev Room Progress Report Vol. 2”. It shows us a few brief glimpses of the game, although it’s stated that all characters shown are used from older resources. SEGA has released an art book for Valkyria Revolution, their recently released spinoff game from the Valkyria Chronicles series. The art book contains a total of 240 pages, and aside from artwork (ranging from CG to sketches) it also has interviews with the developers and artists, as well as a timeline for the major events of the Liberation War. The art book is currently available on Amazon Japan.
Atlus U.S.A. has finally provided an update on FuRyu’s PlayStation Vita RPG Caligula, now named The Caligula Effect in the West. Along with a new story trailer, the game is now confirmed to be released on May 2nd, as a digital only title on the PlayStation Store. SEGA of America have announced that the 2nd Encore Pack for Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone is available now on the US PlayStation Store for $9.99.
