In the past we’ve already featured fanart related to SEGA and Atlus characters on our website, and today we’d like to share Koyorin‘s artwork with you. I think you’ll agree that it looks really impressive! Below you can find a large selection of Koyorin’s artwork from the past 3 years that was based on various SEGA and Atlus franchises. On the side of Atlus and Vanillaware you’ll find fanart based on the Persona franchise, Catherine, Dragon’s Crown and Odin Sphere, while on the SEGA side there’s artwork of Selvaria from Valkyria Chronicles, Bayonetta, as well as Hatsune Miku and KanColle.

Atlus U.S.A. has issued a press release today regarding the formation of Studio Zero, a new internal studio of Atlus in Japan. We wrote more about the studio in an earlier article, and the official press release below contains more information. At the same time, Atlus of Japan has updated the new website and also posted a concept video for the new game the studio will be working on, currently titled PROJECT Re FANTASY. The video features real-life footage and outlines Atlus’ vision for the game. It seems the reaction to the video isn’t entirely favorable, as some people apparently expected gameplay footage. Keep in mind the team was only just formed and PROJECT Re FANTASY is still in the concept phase.

Persona 5 Pre-Order Available on PlayStation Store, Includes Protagonist Dynamic Theme and Izanagi Persona DLC
Atlus U.S.A. has announced that digital pre-orders for Persona 5 have gone live in the US and Europe. What immediately stands out though is the difference in price for both regions: $59.99 for the US compared to €69,99 (around $74.6) for the EU. While the US digital edition’s price is equal to the base US Steelbook edition, the EU digital edition is around €10 more expensive than the base EU physical “Steelbook” edition. I’m hoping this price is a mistake, as I don’t see a good reason for such a hefty price tag for the EU specifically. Especially since the UK price seems more in line with the US one, and is still $11 cheaper than the price in euro. I made a quick image showing the differences in price below. EU to the left, then US and then UK.

During the “Let Us Start the Game” live stream, Atlus U.S.A. announced that the game will be delayed until April 4, 2017 for the Americas and Europe. On the plus side, they also announced that the game will be getting free dual audio. It’s a much requested feature from the fans given the strong Japanese voice cast, so it’s good to see that they managed to include it in the game. On their PlayStation blog update, Atlus PR manager explains that adding the Japanese audio was took a “herculean effort from just about every division of Atlus”.
