Chie Character Trailer and Boxart for Persona 4: Dancing All Night

Atlus has revealed a new character trailer for Persona 4: Dancing All Night, this time for Chie Satonaka. The trailer shows Chie in a variety of outfits, ranging from a redesign of her standard Persona 4 outfit to an actual Bruce Lee outfit (which is fitting, given how Chie has a passion for martial arts). Atlus has also revealed the official boxart for the game.

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd Gets 1 Year Celebration DLC in Japan

Project DIVA F 2nd was released almost one year ago in Japan on February 27, March 2014, and Sega plans to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the game by releasing their 14th batch of DLC. On March 31st, Sega will be releasing two new rhythm songs in Japan: “Though a Song is Formless” and “Electric Angel”. Two matching costumes for these songs will also be made available. Sega Announce Miracle Girls Festival for Playstation Vita

Sega have announced their latest anime collaboration, titled Miracle Girls Festival for Playstation Vita scheduled to release sometime this Winter in Japan. The game is a massive crossover featuring girls from mostly slice of life anime using the Project Diva engine. Gameplay looks exactly like Project Diva, with similar interface for the button commands. I’m curious what unique features the game will have over Project Diva. Siliconera translated details of the game, you can check out the following list of represented anime series.

Yuru Yuri
Nyaruko: Crawling with Love F
Vividred Operation
Kiniro Mosaic
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Ars Nova
Tesagure! Bukatsumono
Wake Up, Girls!
Go! Go! 575
Nourin
Engaged to the Unidentified

Yuru Yuri is becoming a bit of a favorite with Sega, as Phantasy Star Online 2 already featured a collaboration with the anime beforehand. Interestingly, Go! Go! 575 series also sticks out because that is one of Sega’s newer multimedia projects. As you may remember, last year Sega released a Vita game titled Uta Kumi 575, another rhythm game about filling in missing lyrics done in haiku. The game cross promoted the then-airing anime adaptation.

Sega is bringing Miracle Girls Festival among their other games to AnimeJapan 2015 in playable form. Hopefully it is every bit as fun as Project Diva is.

2nd Batch of March DLC for Project DIVA F 2nd Released

The second batch of DLC for Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F 2nd has been released in the US and the EU. Below you’ll find an overview of the 2nd batch content, complemented with screenshots. For more information on the other March DLC content, you can read our previous article here. Word of warning though: it seems the Snow Miku 2005 Costume Module is currently not listed as free for owners of the Costume Club Season Pass in the EU. There have been various problems like this with the Project DIVA F 2nd DLC releases so far, but as with the previous ones, this will probably be resolved soon.

Neptunia VS Sega Hard Girls for PlayStation Vita Announced!

The news is rapidly making the rounds. Compile Heart (Neptunia and Record of Agarest War developer) announced two games at the Dengeki Kanshasai 2015 today, and one of them is Neptunia VS Sega Hard Girls for the Playstation Vita. There are no other details on the game so far: no release date, no genre, etc.

It’s a crossover that does make sense – now that it’s announced I almost wonder what took so long. A franchise featuring moe anthropomorphizations of consoles meets another franchise featuring anthropomorphizations of Sega hardware. It’s worth noting that this game may be the first opportunity for the Sega hardware girls to be directly playable in a non-mobile title.

Lost Dimension Coming to PS3 and PS Vita This Summer in North America and Europe

The PR manager for Atlus already teased fans about an upcoming announcement last week, and today Atlus officially announced that Lost Dimension will be heading to both North America and Europe this summer. The game, co-developed by FuRyu and Lancarse, is a tactical RPG with gameplay that seems rather similar to Sega’s Valkyria Chronicles. The game’s story revolves around a group named S.E.A.L.E.D., consisting of 11 physically gifted warriors, who are trying to stop an extraterrestrial being known as “The End” from destroying the world. However, the protagonist Sho Kasugai soon finds that The End is not their only enemy. In fact, there are traitors among S.E.A.L.E.D. who need to be “erased” before they can turn against you.

Kanami is an idol working for the same company as Rise, and became more popular after Rise’s (temporary) retirement. She’s also one of the five members of the idol group “Kanamin Kitchen”. You can watch her character trailer below. Siliconera also has a summary of what’s being said in the trailer.
