Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X 32 Songs Overview Video
SEGA’s official Hatsune Miku Project blog posted a new update that contains a 13-minute song overview trailer, featuring the 32 music pieces in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X. The Playstation 4 version of the game launches in Japan today (August 25th) as Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X HD, while Europe and the Americas will see the wide release of Project DIVA X for both Playstation 4 and Playstation Vita on August 30th. It’s worth noting that two of the songs (“Hand in Hand” by kz(livetune), and “Sharing the World” by BIGHEAD) are paid DLC for all regions, at $2.99 in North America, with the exception of Project DIVA X HD in Japan, for which the two songs are free.

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X Cross-Buy DLC Details for the Americas and Europe
Along with the launch of the demo today, SEGA has revealed the details for the DLC that is scheduled to be released for Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X. The DLC will be cross-buy, meaning you only have to buy it once for either the PS4 or PS Vita version. For now, three batches of DLC are planned, the majority of which will be available from day one. Unlike in Japan, it appears the DLC songs Sharing The World and Hand in Hand will not be included for free in the PlayStation 4 version. The Snow Miku 2010-2015 Pack on the other hand will be offered for free for the first month following the release of the game, just like in Japan. And surprisingly, the flight cabinet modules for Hatsune Miku actually made it to the West, and will be available for free!
Overall, the DLC prices are lower than in Japan, similar to how it was for the Project DIVA F games. You can view the entire list of DLC below! While the prices are for the US, SEGA notes that other regions will have comparable prices. Note that the screenshots we included below are from the Japanese version of the game.

At the time of writing, the Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X demo has now been released on the EU PlayStation Store for the PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4! The US version doesn’t seem to be available yet, but it should be released later today. The demo includes three songs: Satisfaction, LOL -lots of laugh-, and Raspberry * Monster, which can be played on Easy or Normal difficulty. A handful of modules (costumes) for Hatsune Miku can also be unlocked. You can also create one custom Music Festival medley featuring a combination of the three songs included in the demo.

Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls ESRB Rating Points to Windows PC Version
While Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls was already confirmed for the PS Vita in the Americas and Europe, the ESRB has how updated their rating for the game with a mention of a Windows PC version. As such, it seems the game will also be released on PC, even though there’s been no official word regarding a PC release from Idea Factory International. That said, it wouldn’t exactly be a surprise if the game were to be released on PC, since several Hyperdimension Neptunia and Megadimension Neptunia games are already available on Steam. We included the recent launch trailers for the game below Continue reading

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X is Getting Two Modules as Free DLC in Japan
Earlier on during the Japanese release of Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X, SEGA included an exclusive air hostess module (named “CA Style A”) for Hatsune Miku as a preorder bonus for the game. A variation of the module, named “CA Style 39”, was included with Famitsu. These two modules were part of a deal with Japanese airline company Air Do, and they will now be made available for free for both the PS4 and PS Vita version in Japan on August 25, the same day as the PS4 version is released.
Whether or not this DLC will make it to the West remains to be seen, since the Air Do partnership is not particularly relevant outside of Japan. At this point, there’s no news yet regarding Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X DLC for the West. But that’s probably only a matter of time.
